The Mega Millions jackpot continues to grow, as no ticket matched all six numbers drawn Friday night. The winning numbers for May 26, 2017, are 25, 26, 28, 37 and 56, plus the Mega Ball 5. The estimated jackpot for the next drawing on Tuesday, May 30, is $65 million ($40 million cash).
There were two Match 5 winning tickets on Friday night, one of which included the optional Megaplier. That ticket, sold in New York, is worth $3 million. The other ticket was sold in New Jersey and is worth $1 million.
It’s the second big Megaplier ticket sold this year – a $5 million ticket sold in Illinois remains unclaimed. That ticket, for the April 14 drawing, was sold at Snappy Convenience Center #6 in Chicago, Ill. Illinois Lottery winners have one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
