• $100,000+ must be claimed in person at Lottery headquarters.
• $601 - $99,999 must be claimed at Lottery headquarters or mailed with a completed claim form to New Mexico Lottery, P.O. Box 93190, Albuquerque, NM 87199-3190. Claim forms are available for download at www.nmlottery.com.
• $1 - $600 may be claimed at a New Mexico Lottery retailer or by mailing to the New Mexico Lottery. No claim form is required.
